This website offers the following services: Tuition, Mentoring, Business Development, Group Tuition , Essay Editing and General Writing services. By accessing or using the website of our service, you approve that you have read, understood and agree to be bound by these Terms.

Supplemental terms and conditions or documents that may be posted on the Site from time to time are hereby expressly incorporated herein by reference. Yvonne Eba reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to make changes or modifications to these Terms of Use from time to time. Yvonne Eba will alert you about any changes by updating the "Last updated" date of these Terms of Use, and you waive any right to receive specific notice of each such change. Please ensure that you check the applicable Terms every time you use this Site so that you understand which Terms apply. You will be subject to and will be deemed to have been made aware of and to have accepted, the changes in any revised Terms of Use by your continued use of the Site after the date such revised Terms of Use are posted.

The prices Yvonne Eba charges for using it services / products are listed on the website and can be found at https://www.yvonneeba.com/book-sessions. Yvonne Eba reserves the right to change its prices for products displayed at any time, and to correct pricing errors that may inadvertently occur. When agreeing to these terms and utilising services provided by Yvonne Eba, you accept that: (a) Lateness on more than one occasion will incur a penalty charge of £15; (b) Homework must be completed by the deadline that has been set; (c) No inappropriate or abusive behaviour of any kind towards staff, students or other members will be tolerated within sessions; (d) Your details will be saved on file and any testimonials given will be used on this website and by Yvonne Eba for promotional purposes.

You must cancel any appointment 72 hours beforehand to ensure a full refund. Bulk bookings can only be cancelled within 7-14 days for full refund unless emergency or extenuating circumstances occur. To cancel appointment(s) and or booking(s), please email me directly at: yvonneba@hotmail.co.uk

Yvonne Eba may change the services; stop providing the services or any features of the services offered; or create limits for the services. Yvonne Eba may permanently or temporarily terminate or suspend access to the services without notice and liability for extenuating circumstance and situations. You will be notified of any changes, stoppages and/or limitations to my services via email.

If for any reason you are not satisfied with a service, please contact Yvonne Eba directly at: yvonneba@hotmail.co.uk in order to resolve the relevant issue or problem. Where applicable and pending an internal investigation, Yvonne Eba may offer a full or partial refund.

The Service and all materials therein or transferred thereby, including, without limitation, software, images, text, graphics, logos, patents, trademarks, service marks, copyrights, photographs, audio, videos, music and all Intellectual Property Rights related thereto, are the exclusive property of Yvonne Eba. Except as explicitly provided herein, nothing in these Terms shall be deemed to create a license in or under any such Intellectual Property Rights, and you agree not to sell, license, rent, modify, distribute, copy, reproduce, transmit, publicly display, publicly perform, publish, adapt, edit or create derivative works thereof.

You recognise and agree that by uploading any content (including, but not limited to designs, images, animations, videos, audio files, fonts, logos, illustrations, compositions, artworks, interfaces, text and literary works) through any means to the website, you confirm that you own all the relevant rights or received the appropriate license to upload/transfer/send the content. You agree and consent that the uploaded/transferred content may be publicly displayed at the website.

Yvonne Eba may permanently or temporarily terminate or suspend your access to the service without notice and liability for any reason, including if in its sole determination you violate any provision of these Terms or any applicable law or regulations. You may discontinue use and request to cancel your account and/or any services at any time. Notwithstanding anything to the contrary in the foregoing, with respect to automatically-renewed subscriptions to paid services, such subscriptions will be discontinued only upon the expiration of the respective period for which you have already made payment.

The Site may not be used in connection with any commercial endeavours except those that are specifically endorsed or approved by Yvonne Eba; (b) all registration information you submit will be true, accurate, current, and complete; (c) you will maintain the accuracy of such information and promptly update such registration information as necessary; (d) you have the legal capacity and you agree to comply with these Terms of Use; (e) you are not a minor in the jurisdiction in which you reside, or if a minor, you have received parental permission to use the Site; (f) you will not access the Site through automated or non-human means, whether through a bot, script, or otherwise; (g) you will not use the Site for any illegal or unauthorised purpose; and (h) your use of the Site will not violate any applicable law or regulation. Any and all such claims and disputes shall be brought in, and you hereby consent to them being decided exclusively by a court of competent jurisdiction located in London, United Kingdom. The application of the United Nations Convention of Contracts for the International Sale of Goods is hereby expressly excluded.
